Upon arrival, you'll see a glass door with a staircase straight ahead. For the elevator, there is a separate outer door to the left that takes you into a foyer (with Discovery Health signage). ELEVATOR is on the right. We're the third floor. WAITING AREA has couches, water, and bathroom keys. Please wait there and your clinician will come get you at your appointment time. BATHROOMS are gendered, single room with toilet. Any patient can use either washroom. Both keys open either bathroom door. Sliding lock on inside of door. DOG IN CLINIC occasionally. Older, gentle dog. *We’re working on a system to have signage when dog is present. You're always welcome to wait in the hallway or in the parking lot.
